WykidDiagnostics (est. time: 30 minutes)
Sometimes you know what's wrong with your PC; sometimes you don't. We will diagnose the problem and offer affordable solutions to correct the issue. We won't do anything unless you give us the go. More importantly, we will not give you anything you do not want or that you do not need. If you decide to go with our services, then we will waive the diagnostic fee. ($40.00 or free if you decide to have WykidTECH service your PC.)
WykidPackage #1 Basic System Installation (est. time: 1-2 hours)
Sometimes you want to start with a clean slate. Reinstalling your operating system is a great way to start. It can breathe new life into your system. Keeping a clean and secure computer means starting out with a clean and secure system. We will reinstall your operating system (OS), install all updates, install your printer, and configure your email to use either your mail client or a quality open source alternative. ($100.00)
WykidPackage #2 Advanced System Installation (est. time: 1-2.5 hours)
This package includes everything from WP #1 in addition to optimizing your pc; installing antispyware, antivirus and firewall protection. Remove unwanted programs. Reinstall your software or install your choice of 8 applications from our extensive catalog open source software. ($160.00)
WykidInstall Lite (est. time: 30-60 minutes)
If you just purchased a computer and need your software installed, then this package is for you. We will install 8 software applications (you can supply the software or choose from our catalog of open source software.) We will also make sure to apply all updates to your system. ($70.00)
WykidUltimate (est. time: 2-4 hours)
This is our best deal! Combining our full operating system installation and optimization with our software and networking solutions, we offer a complete package for an unbelievably low price . To compliment the service, we add our automated data backup plan and create a PC System Restore disc. (a $490.00 value for $370.00)
Hardware Installation (est. time: 30-60 minutes)
Whether it is a new printer or a memory upgrade, we will install your hardware in your computer and tweak it for optimal performance. ($80.00 hardware not included.)
Data backup (est. time: varies)
We will work with you to backup and store your data. Be it photos from your uncle's birthday bash or your children's first steps; we will help you protect those cherished memories. ($60.00 continual automated backups & $30.00 for one-time backups.)
PC System Restore (est. time: varies)
Sometime the proverbial chips hit the fan and the whole system crashes to the point of no return. We will create a system restore disk that will take a snapshot of your existing system configuration to help you get back on your feet quickly. In the event of a system crash, we will install the image and have you back emailing friends and family in no time. ($110.00 standalone or $40.00 with any WykidPackage purchase.)
WykidNetworking Standard (est. time: 1-2 hours)
We will set up and update the firmware your wireless router so you can access the internet from anywhere in your home. We will also set up a secure password to keep your signal private. ($75.00)
WykidNetworking Advanced (est. time: 1-2 hours)
Same as WNS but will network 2 devices. ($90.00)
WykidNetworking Premium (est. time: 1-2.5 hours)
Same as WNA but will network all devices and printers. ($120.00)
WykidTECH Consulting (est. time: 1 hour)

Do computers intimidate you? Would you like to learn how to best use the software and get the most from your PC? Then WTU is for you. We will help you learn anything you want about the world of computing. Whether it's navigating Facebook or learning Microsoft Word, we will explain the often-confusing language of computing in simple terms. ($30.00 per hour)
